All of our staff are employees of Arcadia New England, not contract or temporary workers, so they are committed to our organization and our clients. We conduct extensive background checks, and require ongoing and annual education and field training so we are confident in their abilities. Our staff care deeply about what they do. Let our exceptional care staff help you with your in-home care needs with the personal touch that only Arcadia New England provides.
We believe people do best when they can remain in the comfort of their own homes, and deserve the support they need to do so with dignity. Our staff are some of the best caregivers you will find, and we depend upon them to uphold these values. Along with being trained professionals in healthcare and personal support, our team of caregivers share the traits of being kind, sympathetic, caring individuals who want to comfort and assist people.
YES! Your safety and security is our greatest priority. All the staff and caregivers that work for Arcadia New England are interviewed extensively, followed by several in-depth background checks, as required by both Federal Law and the requirements of the individual states. Our background investigations include Office of the Attorney General, Criminal, eVerify, Sex Offender, along with a whole laundry list of other background reviews we conduct before anyone comes to work with us and would go out into the homes of our clients.
Costs for services are dependent on a number of criteria including the types of services you are looking for, the level of professional care required, if insurances such as Long Term Care can provide payment for some or all of the services, as well as certain state and government programs and funding clients may qualify for. Please call your local office to discuss your care needs, and we will be able to provide you with detailed costs at that time.
We work to provide a broad spectrum of care and companion services ranging from companion care to keep someone company or assist with appointments all the way up to providing licensed RN medical care for ongoing or respite needs.
We will work with you to determine what types of services you need. We do this by completing a detailed intake interview, followed by visiting the home where the care will be provided and meeting with the client and their family/guardians. During this home visit we observe and evaluate the environment where care will be given, complete a detailed assessment of care needs, and create a care plan around the needs and wants of the client and their family/guardians. All our care plans are evaluated every three months to ensure the proper care is continuing to be provided based on the client’s current needs.
