Elder Care

Our caregivers are the best in the business. We take the time to carefully screen and interview our team members. We do this to ensure they have both the professional expertise, loving hearts and a dedication to helping others. We provide intensive training, and ongoing education to all our caregivers on home care assistance. So you can rest assured you have a highly-qualified individual is providing elder care to your loved one. The caregiver and client relationship is very important to recovery and ongoing feelings of security and comfort. That is why we carefully match our caregivers with each client. We are here to provide assistance with daily needs such as meals, bathing and dressing to more extensive needs such as after surgery care, dementia care, elder care and end of life comfort.

All of our staff have received a full background check, and are highly trained to meet our strict standards before being placed in homes to work with clients. We look for caring individuals who have a desire to help others so we can offer a personal level of care. We know how important consistency is when someone requires in-home care, and that is why we carefully match caregivers with each client. We promise professional, compassionate, personal care services everyday when you work with Arcadia New England.
We take the time to meet extensively with the family and the loved one to assess both what unique care needs there are. As well as to match clients with the right care giver. A comprehensive care plan is created to ensure all care needs are met, and reviewed regularly. We maintain meticulous records and open communication with our clients and families so that any issues that may arise are handled promptly and effectively, because we want the best possible care for every client.

YES! Your safety and security is our greatest priority. All the staff and caregivers that work for Arcadia New England are interviewed extensively, followed by several in-depth background checks, as required by both Federal Law and the requirements of the individual states. Our background investigations include Office of the Attorney General, Criminal, eVerify, Sex Offender, along with a whole laundry list of other background reviews we conduct before anyone comes to work with us and would go out into the homes of our clients.

Costs for services are dependent on a number of criteria including the types of services you are looking for, the level of professional care required, if insurances such as Long Term Care can provide payment for some or all of the services, as well as certain state and government programs and funding clients may qualify for. Please call your local office to discuss your care needs, and we will be able to provide you with detailed costs at that time.

We work to provide a broad spectrum of care and companion services ranging from companion care to keep someone company or assist with appointments all the way up to providing licensed RN medical care for ongoing or respite needs.

We will work with you to determine what types of services you need. We do this by completing a detailed intake interview, followed by visiting the home where the care will be provided and meeting with the client and their family/guardians. During this home visit we observe and evaluate the environment where care will be given, complete a detailed assessment of care needs, and create a care plan around the needs and wants of the client and their family/guardians. All our care plans are evaluated every three months to ensure the proper care is continuing to be provided based on the client’s current needs.

NO! While we do have caregivers who are licensed medical professionals, we have many, many needs and positions for caregivers in our companion care related services. If you are a compassionate, patient, caring individual who would like to improve the quality of life for others – working at Arcadia New England might be just the job for you!
