Meet Arcadia District Manager, Jessica Drago

We’d like to introduce Jessica Drago, Arcadia New England’s District Manager for the Southeastern Massachusetts area. Jessica joined us in July of 2020, and manages our Dedham and Fall River offices and the surrounding areas. With the challenges of Covid-19 and more seniors than ever requiring services in their homes, her main focus has been recruiting Home Health Aides and Home Makers. She has been keeping very busy conducting interviews and doing orientations to grow each of our offices so we can take on more cases and service more clients in the Southeastern Massachusetts area.

Jessica’s career includes that of Case Manager, contract management, and sales and marketing at two other elder health service providers. Having been a CNA herself, she can really relate to our staff in the field, as well as have a clear understanding of the needs of our clients. She attributes her hands-on experience in in-home healthcare with being able to screen for the best individuals possible to join Arcadia, as well as being able to work in partnership with our team to problem-solve and determine the best ways to serve our clients.

Jessica cares deeply about hiring the most qualified people we can to help seniors in their homes. She connects to our mission to serve seniors, particularly low-income seniors, and appreciates the opportunity to see what a difference our services make for our clients and how much they improve the day to day lives of seniors in need.
